Terrific service from all staff at day surgery unit in the Antrim area Hosp in oct 2012. Also again next day when I had to return to c1 ward due to probs with catheter, and today, getting catheter out and learning to pass urine again properly. Staff tremendously helpful. Sometimes nhs gets a bad press, but my experience tells the other side - professional, friendly, helpful staff.
