I was very happy with the service, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait long at the clinic before my appointment and the waiting area was very comfortable.
I did however find the letter confirming my appointments and the letter containing the results of my appointments took a long time to come through the post. sometimes they would only arrive the day before my appointment or the day after.
