"Gold medal for the service who took my bloods"

I had my bloods taken in the town centre last week, and I thought the nurse doing it - Carla Prescott - was lovely, kind and very efficient. She was fantastic, and very much a professional.

The place was nice, clean and pleasant. I'm in a wheelchair and found it no problem access-wise. It was marvellous in fact, very easy.

It really was the best experience I've had of this kind of service.

I'm awarding this service, and Carla in particular, a gold medal!
