"We feel confident we will receive good treatment..."

About: The James Cook University Hospital

What I liked

The doctor took the trouble to ring us at home in the evening. Amazing!

At all five recent appointments there were always wheelchairs available at the entrance.

Staff were polite and with one exception knew how to address a deaf person.

We never had to wait long.

What could be improved

The nurse who was very pleasant but said 'Deaf people can't hear me' could perhaps have made a bit more effort.
