What I liked

My mother has recently been discharged from Birchington Ward at the QEQM, following a major operation. We were so very impressed with the care she received, both as an outpatient and on the ward. She was treated quickly and with great compassion and kindness. The ward was clean and the food was excellent. We are really grateful for the care she has received - the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Thank you.
