"Good staff, good services and good hopital"

What I liked

I have found ealing Hospital to be very good at providing joined up services. You are treated as a person with views and opinions - not a number or a condition. My partner has been an in patient recently and he recieved excellant care in a ward of hard working staff who went out of thier way to re-assure him. I would have no problem in recommending a friend or family member to attend Ealing hospital

What could be improved

I would like to see greater recognition of non- clinical staff such as receptionist who I have always found helpful and willing to go the extra mile

I think it should be made clearer that the UCC is not run by Ealing Hospital
