What I liked
From the first contact with your staff at reception to the final handshake from your doctors and the wheelchair to the exit, the the whole stay was so warm and friendly.
First name terms made me feel relaxed.
Can't single out anyone for special praise. Thanks to everyone.
Back home in S,A now and facing the cancer treatment soon.

What could be improved
First night I waited from admission,1830 to about midnight for my first pain killer tabs. I was feeling quite sore by then.
"Very professional caring, gives faith in the NHS...."
