I have never had to use the Archway Centre in Lincoln so was rather surprised to receive a letter addressed to myself at my home address referring to treatment I had at the centre and thanking me for a gift I had sent to someone called Nigel.
I tried to call the centre to ask how this happened but could never get through to anyone.
I am rather concerned about this and feel that this really does need attention. Obviously, an error has been made somewhere but how did they get my details?
