"Staff were helpful and full of smiles at Sentinel ENT"

About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Ear, nose and throat service

(as the patient),

I was 5 minutes early for my appointment, the lady on reception was very helpful and full of smiles. The nurse was stood at reception - she greeted me with a smile and chatted to me all the way to the doctors room.

The Doctor was very friendly and explained everything to me in full.

I was no longer than 20 minutes and I was walking back out the door feeling very happy with the treatment I received and the helpfulness of all the staff who dealt with me.
