"Friendly, efficient staff- unfortuately my appointment was changed twice"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

The only complaint I have is - I had my appointment changed twice. When I met the doctor he explained things well and the staff were friendly and efficient.

I already have another appointment for 6 weeks time as a follow up too if everything is OK.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that your appointment was cancelled by the hospital. Unfortunately TRAQS do not have any control over the the hospital appointments. We appreciate all feedback as it helps us to develop TRAQS.
