I was very surprised how quickly I was seen after being referred by my GP and even more impressed by the speed of finding the cause of my hearing difficulties and how it was explained to me.
I am now being issued a hearing aid for both ears and a fitting date has been made for October. This has all happened in a little over 4 weeks. Fantastic!
