About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as the patient),

I found the hospital very professional and well organised. The nurse I saw was very pleasant and helpful.

I did not have to wait long to be seen and the Doctor put me at ease and explained things very well and put my mind at rest.

I am a little nervous of hospitals but I felt better because I was treated well.
