"Lovely service at The Beacon - staff rushed off their feet"

My dignity was kept at all time and so was my privacy. The care I received was spot on, nothing was too much trouble although the staff always seem rushed off their feet - especially when everyone wants to be getting up at the same time, going to the toilet before lunch, tea and bed time. I think there should be more carers for the above busy times.

However, not any point was I embarrassed, angry or upset by any of the staff.

All the weeks I have been here, there is not one carer that I could pick out that was more caring that the others.

I would like to sat a very big thank you to all at The Beacon, Cleethorpes. No-one should be worried about coming in here because they are more like an extended family - just fantastic.
