About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Shoulders, Knees & Feet (muscles & bones)

(as the patient),

I was made to feel very welcome by the receptionist who was pleasant and made the service seem personal to me.

Mr. Rich was brilliant and took time to examine my injury thoroughly and explained everything in a clear and concise way that was easy to understand.

Overall an excellent level of service was provided for me and I appreciate the efforts of all the staff.
