What I liked
Kind, attentive and friendly staff. The A & E (Night) receptionist was lovely. I presented at around 2am with chest pain and difficulty breathing. I was seen immediately, ECG'd, X-Rayed and blood tested very quickly. After results arrived I was diagnosed (chest infection), treated and on my way home again by 5am. All staff were kind and respectful and very friendly and efficient, the only waiting time was for analysis of tests/samples/etc. and this time was spent in a comfortable, clean and curtained cubicle.
The casualty house officer was very kind and very efficient. They also took the time to discuss my condition fully and was most reasurring.
What could be improved
Nothing.
Anything else?
Very good all round.
"Excellent."
