I was a patient at the Queen's Medical Centre day surgery for the treatment of varicose veins. The standard of medical care was very good, as was the standard of nursing care. The best thing about my visit was the efficiency of the service - I was in and out in a short amount of time, which I was very pleased with.
I would like to thank all nurses in the day surgery for their kindness and care.
