What I liked

The staff at ARU can only be described as angels. From the receptionists to the physios, these amazing people go over & beyond when it comes to patient care. Any health issues that arise are dealt with promptly & you never feel like anything is too much trouble.

I can only speak for myself, but I look forward to any appointments I have at the ARU & am certain without their support I probably would have given up years ago.

What could be improved

Absolutely nothing for me. But its clear the ARU needs some much needed funding.
