About: Cheltenham General Hospital

What I liked

Admitted to Hartpury Suite for a liver biopsy.

The staff were exceptional both before, during and after the procedure and were always on the go even when maybe they could have slowed down a bit.

I was a bit apprehensive as my last experience at this hospital (not this ward) was far from good but these people have restored my faith in the establishment.

What could be improved

Nothing to note although the lack of physical space around the beds seemed to hinder the staff.
