What I liked

Thank you for the way you treated our daughter; your friendliness, communication, facilities, accommodation and quality of services helped us so much while we were in your care.

The total staff at the Riverbank (Paediatric) Ward is great; from the Ward Sisters, the night staff, the Registrar, the caring Dr, the friendly cleaning staff, the lady providing the meals to the children, the playroom team, the physiotherapist, the receptionist at x-rays, the radiologist, the receptionist at A&E at 03:00 on the 2nd Oct 2012, the security guard sorting out my parking at 04:00, all the A&E staff and finally the Sister - you were great!

Good medical facilities and knowledge can make a child healthy again; loving care and friendliness makes it special. Thank you.
