What I liked

We took our little girl here to a&e twice over one weekend. Staff were kind, helpful and caring. They reassured us and didn't make us feel like we were wasting time. We liked that children have a separate waiting area to adults meaning that they are out of the hussle of the main a&e. We saw a few nurses and one doctor while we were there and all of them were true professionals. We should particularly mention our consultant who was exceptional. Thank you for taking the time to reassure us when the department was so busy.

What could be improved

Some of the toys and books in the waiting area were old, dirty and broken. No other improvements in our opinion.
