I have complained on this site before about this service, in my opinion some things are dangerous to patients

. The same re-occurring mistakes are made after pointing out the problem to staff in the department and outside contractors( providing the service). There is no improvement to this service after complaining to doctors, PALS, the department or the contractors.

I feel there is no checking of appliance repairs given back to patients, no patient opinions have ever been recorded or researched. The patient must be continually on the ball/ gaurd and inspect the appliance. The appliance are most of the time a danger to me
