(as the patient),

I just wanted to feedback and say how very impressed I was with the staff at the pain clinic. Everyone was so friendly from the reception staff to the nursing staff.

I also wanted to say that I was most impressed by the consultant Dr Fernandez who was so kind and understanding as well as friendly, which I think is just marvellous in these days where hierarchy has gone mad.
