(as the patient),

I just came today around 11. 40am and the workers in this department were nice and time efficient, Jemma Nairn was extra nice, she was so effective and efficient during the whole operation. Everything went smoothly because of her and her instructions, even when I didn't manage to pull the rope- she was there and without making me feel embarrassed- she fixed it.

Even if I was a millionaire I could not get this royal treatment somewhere else!
