"On each and every occasion she has been discharged"

About: St John's Hospital / General Medicine

(as a carer),

My mum who has dementia has on several occasions has been admitted to the hospital by her Doctor with clear medical needs.

On each and every occasion she has been discharged, within hours, on the grounds she has 'dementia- with the consultants advising that it is not hospital policy to keep those with dementia in.

I have had numerous written apologies over with regard to both my parents treatment.

My Dad on numerous times was discharged from one hospital, (he had cancer) only to be rushed back to another.

On two occasions Doctors failed to diagnose septicemia.

The list is endless.

I feel saddened having to write this in the first place.
