Today I went to audiology to have my hearing aids checked and retubed. I had been having some problems, so was keen to find some help and advice.
The receptionist greeted me, and took my name; 5 minutes later, I was called by an audiologist, who was friendly and patient, with my slow gait as I followed her to an office. The audiologist, Kim, listened to my problem, suggested a way of improving the fit of my aids, and quickly brought me some new tubes of a different size, and fitted everything up, ensuring I was comfortable, and that everything was working properly again.
The whole visit probably took about 15 minutes. Kim was friendly, efficient and caring. I could not have wished for better service.
