What I liked
Exceptional care and attention by the Consultant and the member of staff who assisted him!
The Consultant removed a Pyogenic Granuloma, having explained in detail exactly what was involved, the success rate and what might, possibly, go wrong. I have never received better treatment in any hospital, neither in National Health nor in Private.
The follow up treatment in the Soft Tissue Clinic has also been excellent. The other member of staff is always pleasant, friendly and efficient. The Consultant has found time to check the wound on each of my visits and, thankfully, it appears to be well on the way to recovery.
I would like to thank all concerned for their help and would have no hesitation in recommending A & E to anyone who needs their services.
Anything else?
Perhaps I was lucky - the Consultant and other meber of staff were a brilliant team! However, I can only speak as I find!
