What I liked

A wonderful hospital providing excellent treatment and care.

What could be improved

On some wards there aren`t enough staff for the number of patients and they are run off their feet.

The parking at the hospital is horrendous with no available spaces at certain times of the day.

Anything else?

Since admission to HDU in March 2011 we have had many visits and in-stays to date. The staff are always welcoming and deliver the highest of services. Special mention must go to two Consultants and their respective teams and the staff of PRU. All treatment has been explained in detail in a way that could be understood.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding your visit to the Respiratory Medicine department at Fairfield General Hospital. We are pleased you found our services friendly, welcoming and of a high standard.

We will forward your comment to the department managers you have mentioned who will share them with the team.

With regards to the parking issues you have raised, we have recently reviewed our parking and we have allocated more patients parking spaces across the sites which are identified in the green zone.
