What I liked

All the staff from A&E to Short Stay Unit and Radiology and Mulberry Ward were 100% professional, warm and caring. The ward was exceptionally clean. The support staff HCA's, Porters and utilities staff were all incredibly brilliant. The Nursing and Medical Staff were exceptional in my management. The ward was cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom twice a day and everyone worked as an efficient team. The meals were very good with a good choice. All facilities were above standard.

This model of care adopted by Darent Valley is definitely one the whole NHS should consider.

I was made to feel very comfortable and reassured during a worrying time.
