"A great experience in a nice Department with..."

What I liked

First impressions count ! On entering the Department, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful Receptionist who put me at ease immediately.

The Doctor who saw me was very attentive and his attention to detail was very impressive.

After being ushered out to the next stage of my examination, which was to run various tests, including a tread mill excersise to test my heart, i was looked after very well, by two lovely, caring Nurses who's approach, again, put me at ease in a situation that could have been, potentially, very stressful.

Full marks to all the Staff in this Department !

What could be improved

A nice cup of tea and a plate full of chocolate digestive biscuits !

Absolutely nothing could have been improved ! The whole experience was a pleasant and stress free one !

Well done to all in Cardiology !

Excellent Staff and a nice well run Department. I would certainly not be concerned about going back there for whatever reason !
