What I liked

I suppose the only slightly okay part of this trip was the service at the reception desk, the receptionist were friendly I suppose.

What could be improved

I think if I had been involved in the decision about my care, it could of been at least a slightly more bearable experience. I was simply told what would happen to me, the Doctor had no thought nor concern for my opinions or concerns.

Even as I attempted to raise my concerns and queries I was simply over shadowed by the doctor, simply because my opinions "weren't important" , it was truly despicable.
