What I liked

Because of the attention and care given to me by your staff, I would like to make a donation to your budget to show my appreciation for the attention lavished on me in your hospital when admitted as an emergency patient. I wish I lived in your area of commitment. I could not have been cared for better anywhere. Please express the appreciation of an 87 year old to the staff on wards 3 and 5. DB from Carlisle

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with your kind feedback and in addition your generosity in making a donation to the hospital, this will be made to the hospital charity for the benefit of patient care - www.mchcharity.org. As a provider of service we welcome comments good and bad so that we can learn from concerns but at the same time give praise to staff for all their efforts. I hope you are now feeling much better.
