What I liked
I visited a&e with my disabled daughter this week. I was very impressed with how our case was dealt with from the time we arrived to the time we left. In particular, the triage nurse was exceptionally understanding of our situation. Even though we spent a while waiting around, it was obvious that cases were being assessed based on urgency and on this occasion we felt well informed and cared for. Thank you.
