What I liked
Admitted onto day surgery for elective general surgery procedure. All staff on day surgery were fantastic and caring to all patients. Surgeon and anaesthetist visited me before surgery, and really put all my fears at ease. Surgery went really well, theatre and recovery staff fantastic. Then well look after back on day surgery afterwards. I was feeling sick which was dealt with quickly,as was my requests for drinks and something to eat. MK hospital gets a raw deal, people are quick to complain but not to compliment. My whole experience from consultation through pre-op assessment and on the day of surgery was faultless.
