"Fantastic"

What I liked

The staff in A&E were fantastic from start to finish- from reception right through to consultants. They treated us with respect and dignity, were very thorough and in my opinion the best health service we have locally.

The Dr's and nurses are so friendly and polite and nothing is too much trouble, despite knowing how busy they are. Quite a few other NHS services could/ should visit to improve their own bedside manner and professionalism.

What could be improved

Waiting time could have been less, but I feel it's worth the wait to receive such a good service.

Anything else?

A big thank you to an A&E Dr for her caring nature...it was much appreciated at a difficult time.
