What I liked

I was very impressed with the professional and caring attitude of all the medical staff during my stay in ward 18 and was probably one of the best hospitals I have attended to date

The pre op assessment clinic I attended the week before admission was also very well organised with friendly and helpful staff.

What could be improved

The discharge procedure - I was ready for discharge around 1500 but due to the ward doctor being called away it was 1730 before I was released. This is no fault of the medical staff who like most hospitals are thinly spread.
