What I liked

The Consultant was wonderful with my husband who was brought in last night with major pain in his head.she was very kind and caring and listened to what we had to say .thank you

What could be improved

my husband was bought in by ambulance and then dumped in the waiting room for 3 hours, in which time he had 2 nose bleeds that were ignored by staff.emergency cases shouldnt be dumped in the waiting room .my husband was so ill and no one seemed to care.

Anything else?

my husband has been rushed into a &e 5 times in 3 years and each time no one took him seriously, but this time one doctor did she was very nice but she was the only nice part of the whole experience.
