What I liked

Nurse very caring and listened to my mother needs.

What could be improved

The nurse assessed my mother. The consultant was not available, so she took our mobile number and promised to get back in touch to arrange the surgery. It has now been over two weeks since she promised to get in touch and nothing. My mother and I are now struggling to get in touch and find out what is going on.
