What I liked
Excellent treament from the Ambulance Technicians. Treated my father with dignity. They were proffessional, rapid & in hindsight their judgement to take him to A&E was correct.
A&E doctors were quick to respond we did not wait at all, my father was seen to straight away & into re-suss. Taken up to Ward 9, where the nurses have been amazing & I am truly humbled by their patience & diligence. Thank You.
What could be improved
Speed of oncology appointment & attitude of the oncologist. There has been a wait of 16 days from diagnosis to appointment. Then as my father missed his appointment as rushed into a&e he has to wait another week.
