i brought my son in on 14th august and got told i would recieve a letter with a appoinment to see the specialist it has now been over a month since i brought my son in for his leg problem and still no word. he has had this problem now since you diagnosed it when he was 2 years old and have done nothing apart from give him shoes that are making the problem worse. i am appalled at the service i am getting. my son has just started nursery and should be a exciting time for me and us as parents but all i hear from my son is that his knees and legs hurt. and has fell over twice since starting on 7th sep 2012. i would like to know what you propose to do to put this right as i will be taking further action including the media because to watch your son in pain and upset is not what i had in mind.
