What I liked

This Saturday my father fell at home and was taken to Frimley Park Hospital where I met him and my mother. They had been taken by ambulance. As my father had blacked out and cracked his head open. I just wanted to say how impressed I was by the care both he and my mum recieved from all of the staff involved, from the paramedics, to the reception staff, the Doctor the nurse and the porters. They treated my father with kindness, respect and dignity at all times and even when he was in distress they did everthing possible to make him comfortable. Even when they were unable to help (he wanted a drink) they explained why.

It is my first visit to Frimley for a number of years and I was very impressed with the surroundings and the care recieved - although I will be quite happy if we can avoid a return visit any time soon.

Many people are quick to complain but so few take the time to say Well Done! Myself included.

So well done and thank you!!
