I can't find an email address for the Vicki Adkins Breast Unit so I'm commenting here in the hope that the message will be passed onto the nurses there...

I had an appointment today to have an MRI scan for my sinuses but was 20 minutes late as I got the time mixed up with another hospital appointment I have next week. I was very upset/disappointed that I'd got the time wrong as I'm going to university soon, so to reschedule would mean travelling home from university both for the scan and another follow up appointment. Obviously this would delay any treatment I may need and cause my pain to be prolonged. The nurses at the Vicki Adkins Breast Unit were so kind and helpful to me - despite it being my mistake they took time to try and fit me in later in the afternoon which must have been inconvenient to them. I'd just like to say a big thank you to the nurses who saw me today and let them know how grateful I am!

Many thanks for your feedback and although the Vicki Adkins unit is nearby, the MRI service is actually run by the Trust's radiology team. We will make sure that your kind comments are fed back to them.
