I was recently a patient in the Beverley Stokes Unit of the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield. I was very pleased with almost everything regarding my treatment, but I was particularly happy about being given a cup of tea and toast after the procedure.
It could have been a shorter waiting time for the appointment, though, if patients had been staggered instead of all arriving at the same time.
