My girlfriend has been treated by this hospital for over a year now and the whole service is completely diabolical. They're struggling to diagnose her problem and every time she goes for scan (or something) she then has to wait weeks and weeks for results - if that's how long it takes then fine. what is not acceptable is after the results how long she has to wait for the hospital to then tell her what they think of them and what they should do next. I've forgot the amount of times she's been told they will call her back to contact her - they never do, not once. apparently the only clinic she must go and see if only available on a friday morning? what if you can't get friday morning? it's completely unacceptable and my faith in the NHS has completely diminished through this experience.
