"Long wait at Aintree Hospital"

I was a patient on ward 1 of the Aintree Hospital in Liverpool for the treatment of problems with my throat. I was disappointed with the service I received while here. The standard of medical and nursing care which i received was, at best, average. The punctuality and timeliness of the service was just unacceptable though - I was left in the waiting room for 9 hours before my operation.
