What I liked
As a patient on Charlotte Ward I was treated with kindness,caring and respect. I also witnessed the same high level of care given to all the other patients in my room. I was particularly moved by the patience,compassion and calm,cheerful,efficiency with which one staff nurse worked. I have only praise for the staff and running of this ward.
