What I liked

This was my best ever A&E experience. The Royal Free is a very clean, modern hospital, and all the staff I dealt with were polite and friendly. Upon arriving, I hardly waited for 15 minutes before being seen. Next I was sent to have an x ray, where I waited another 10 minutes or so. All in all, I was done in just over an hour, and I was impressed by the quality of care I received, the prompt and efficient manner in which I was dealt with, and the friendly and helpful demeanor of all the staff involved. Thank you Royal Free for such great service!
