What I liked

From the moment we arrived (delivered by two super women in the ambulance), we were treated promptly and with great respect and kindness. I had come to the hospital with my mother who had tripped over and come down on her knee, which had swollen badly. The staff team took great care to check everything - not just my mother's knee. The main person in the Urgent Care Centre was absolutely lovely but everyone was kind and nice. What I especially liked was that everything was explained clearly to us as we went through the various checks. Many thanks to all of you!

What could be improved

I can't think of anything
