What I liked

I was very grateful that my eye surgery was carried out so promptly at the Day Care Unit, with the very high standard of care attention given to me by the Consultants.

They reassuringly put my mind at rest and made me feel confident to be under their care. All treatments were explained fully, and any questions I had were answered very clearly and politely .

My stay in the Overnight Ward was comfortable and the environment very relaxed. The whole team were brilliant, very helpful, understanding and professional. Everyone ensured that I was ok at all times.
