What I liked

I went into hospital as a day case in the gyncology department on 6.9.12 i was very apprehensive and nervous.

The doctor and his team were excellent they put me at ease as soon as i arrived.

The doctor came and discussed what was going to happen, i found him to be very attentive and his bedside manner excellent.

The doctor is a very caring person giving all his patients due care and attention, which i witnessed when he was with the other ladies on my ward that were awaiting procedures. he is a credit to the hospital and is profession.

I would like to thank all the staff that looked after me.

What could be improved

I feel the nurse needed more help, however she coped well
