What could be improved
A hospital environment most unfriendly to users.
Dirty reception area, cleaners using dry dusters to clean top of doors and spread dust around so all users have some! Lighting turned right down so low visability, an accident waiting to happen.
No signs to toilets etc. If a user is shy or reserved in nature, then a real problem.
But worst of all, Receptionists . receptionists who point out that, yes we did contact you when a cancelled appointment slot was free, but no one answered the phone. Asking other users about this concern I found that it happened a lot.
However one can check for missed calls (mobile and landline) In seven cases from other users, there were no calls made to them. A clear case of blaming the users!.
And the think, I have to go there for routine treatment for my feet! My doctor thinks that the place is paved with gold, and the best thing since sliced bread.
Not happy, but who cares? not the people who run the place!
